Synergy Health Partners seeks a Manager Credentialing to lead day-to-day credentialing, re-credentialing, licensing, and hospital privileging for physicians and advanced practitioners across hospital partners.

The role combines hands-on management of a personal caseload with leading a three-person team, ensuring timely privileges for surgeons and anesthesiologists while maintaining full compliance with Joint Commission, NCQA, and CMS standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of physician credentialing experience.
• Experience with hospital medical staff appointment and privileging.
• Experience supervising a three-person team.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, NCQA, and CMS standards.
• Proficiency with credentialing software and NPDB/CAQH.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit initial and reappointment credentialing applications.
• Manage multi-hospital privileging for surgeons and anesthesiologists.
• Perform primary source verification of credentials.
• Coordinate credentialing timelines with facilities.
• Lead a credentialing team and balance caseload.
• Maintain provider documents and ensure compliance with bylaws and standards.
• Ensure audit readiness and confidentiality.
