Molina Healthcare is seeking a Manager, National Communications Strategy & Planning (Medicare) who will own end-to-end development of Medicare Welcome Kits and Provider Directories, ensuring SMAC and CMS alignment across multiple markets.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, governing contracts, and OML to ensure timely delivery and market-specific accuracy, with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive communications/marketing, health care/managed care experience
• 1+ year of management/leadership experience
• Ability to lead communications/marketing strategy and planning initiatives
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, Medicaid/Medicare communications, and member engagement strategies
• Experience with analytics platforms and strategic planning tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Project management experience in a regulated environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of Medicare Welcome Kit content, ensuring market-specific design and regulatory alignment
• Coordinate across Regional Mandated Materials Managers, Government Contracts, D‑SNP Market Leaders, and OML to deliver on schedule
• Track SMAC requirements and ensure compliance in materials throughout the year
• Manage CMS/state filing deadlines and handle corrections or resubmissions as needed
• Lead cross-team collaboration to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Oversee annual and market-specific updates to Welcome Kits and Provider Directories
• Partner with Provider Data Management to use approved data as authoritative source
• Support development and execution of enterprise communication strategies aligned with brand standards
