Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a Manager, National Communications Strategy & Planning, to lead a team responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans enterprise-wide. You will ensure plans align with regulatory requirements, brand standards, and member engagement priorities across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial lines.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver data-driven strategies, coordinate regional updates, and guide material development across lifecycle

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications/marketing with healthcare experience
• 1+ year of management/leadership experience
• Ability to lead strategy and planning initiatives
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and member engagement strategies
• Experience with analytics platforms and planning tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic comms plans across Molina enterprise
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align with brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Deliver regular updates to health plans and manage material development lifecycle
• Drive member engagement, provider relations, and regulatory compliance
• Co-lead monthly health plan calls with Marketing and ensure alignment
• Oversee region-specific regulatory and mandated materials, timelines, and milestones
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate mitigation strategies
• Maintain cross-functional partnerships with Compliance, Product, Enrollment, and Medicare teams
• Represent regional perspectives to inform enterprise communication roadmaps
• Oversee Source of Truth governance and change requests
• Identify and resolve communication or operational issues with stakeholders
• Use data, insights, and feedback to inform strategic decisions
• Define and monitor KPIs with analytics teams
• Develop and refine communication frameworks and best practices
• Champion continuous improvement in processes
• Lead and coach team members to high performance
• Foster accountability and operational excellence
