Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience.
• 5+ years IT Operations experience with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of management experience in a related field.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership within the assigned tower and Business Unit.
• Provide technical support for SW solutions and direction to teams.
• Oversee training and development; conduct semi-yearly reviews and goal setting.
• Maintain project management documents and align with client activity.
• Manage ticket queues, risk assessment, and audits.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with other departments.
