Job summary
The CIA is seeking a Manager of Instructional Design & Academic Operations to lead online and hybrid course design within the School of Graduate & Professional Studies. You will partner with faculty to ensure pedagogical soundness, accessibility, and consistency across courses, while also coordinating learning tech and documentation.
You will supervise operational workflows, develop faculty guides, and deliver training on learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
- Minimum of two years in instructional design in higher education or online learning.
- Experience collaborating with faculty or subject matter experts on course content.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update online and hybrid courses with faculty.
- Manage operational workflows for course scheduling and program administration.
- Create faculty-facing guides and onboarding materials for course tools.
- Support data collection and documentation for assessment and accreditation.
