Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery, LLC is seeking a Manager, Integration Program & Operations to lead the customer integration program and the connections between systems, customers, vendors, and partners. You will roadmap integrations, set priorities, and build working integrations while expanding DMD's reach into client workflows.

You will liaise between Program Managers, Development teams, and client technical teams, guiding requirements through design, security, development, testing, deployment,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with business system integrations, enterprise applications, automation, or related technical work.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and data exchange.
• Experience working directly with customers or external partners on technical projects.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, ServiceBridge, Power Platform, or similar.
• Strong preference for hands-on Power Platform and ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integration work from discovery to design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring and support.
• Translate requirements into clear technical direction for Development teams.
• Build integrations directly and provide direction when resources are involved.
• Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, authentication, workflows, and file exchanges.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across DMD, customer, and partner systems.
• Develop reusable integration patterns and maintain documentation for data flows and ownership.
• Build and support integrations involving ServiceNow, Salesforce, Power Platform, APIs, and ERP/ workflow platforms.
