About DMD

DMD Systems Recovery is on a mission to protect the planet – one IT asset at a time. We help companies securely erase data and give technology a second life through reuse, refurbishment, and responsible recycling. As a certified B Corp, we believe business should do more than make money – it should make a difference. Every laptop, server, and device we process helps reduce waste, shrink landfills, and fuel the next generation of technology. If you care about sustainability, real‑world impact, and smart tech solutions, DMD is a place where your work truly matters.
Our headquarters are in Tempe, Arizona, with additional processing facilities in Austin, Texas and Palo Alto, California.

About the role

As the Manager, Integration Program & Operations, you will own DMD’s customer integration program and the connections between our systems, customers, vendors, and partners. This role is a builder-operator ("planner / doer") who can set the integration roadmap, manage priorities, build working integrations, and proactively identify opportunities to expand how DMD connects with its customers.

You will serve as the primary liaison between DMD Program Managers, Development teams, and the client throughout the integration lifecycle. You will work directly with customer technical teams to understand their systems and workflows, identify new integration opportunities, and move those opportunities from requirements through design, security, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.

You will work across platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce Agentforce Service / Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, ServiceBridge, Microsoft Intune, Power Platform, customer and partner APIs, and other enterprise service, asset, and workflow platforms.

What you'll do

Customer Integration Strategy & Relationships

  • Build and maintain the customer integration roadmap based on client needs, business priorities, and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand integrations with existing customers and connect DMD more deeply into their systems and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, DMD Program Managers, and Development teams for integration work.
  • Work directly with customer technical teams to understand systems, workflows, security requirements, and integration needs.
  • Turn business requirements into clear integration plans, priorities, and technical requirements.
  • Build strong customer relationships and keep internal and customer teams aligned through planning, testing, launch, and support.

Integration Delivery & Technical Leadership

  • Own integration work from discovery and requirements through design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear technical direction for Development teams.
  • Build integrations directly where appropriate and provide technical direction when development resources are involved.
  • Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, authentication, workflows, file exchanges, and other integration methods.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across DMD, customer, and partner systems.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and maintain clear documentation for data flows, dependencies, ownership, and support.
  • Build and support integrations involving ServiceNow; Salesforce Agentforce Service / Service Cloud; Salesforce Field Service; ServiceBridge; Microsoft Intune; Microsoft Power Platform; customer and partner APIs; and enterprise service, asset, ERP, and workflow platforms.
  • Strong Power Platform and ServiceNow experience is preferred, but the ability to understand new systems and integration patterns is more important than experience with every specific platform.

Integration Standards, Security & Data

  • Define practical standards for APIs, authentication, data exchange, error handling, monitoring, security, and documentation.
  • Work with internal and customer security teams to meet access, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Establish clear source‑of‑truth, mapping, validation, and ownership rules for data moving between systems.
  • Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, supportable, and designed for long‑term use.

Key Results:

The role will be measured by the following outcomes:

  • Customer Integration Growth: Increase the number and depth of production customer integrations.
  • Faster Delivery: Reduce the time required to plan, build, test, and launch integrations.
  • Customer Experience: Reduce manual data exchange, duplicate entry, spreadsheets, emails, and other friction between DMD and its customers.
  • Program Ownership: Provide customers, Program Managers, and Development teams with one clear owner responsible for moving integration work forward.
  • Scalability & Cost Reduction: Build reusable integration patterns that reduce manual work and can be extended to additional customers.
  • Reliability & Security: Maintain consistent standards for security, monitoring, support, documentation, and data movement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with business system integrations, enterprise applications, automation, or related technical work. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, HTTP, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and system‑to‑system data exchange.
  • Experience working directly with customers or external partners on technical projects.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, ServiceBridge, Power Platform, custom ERP systems, or similar applications.
  • Strong preference for hands‑on Power Platform and ServiceNow experience.
  • Ability to translate between business users, customers, Program Managers, and technical Development teams.
  • Strong technical judgment, troubleshooting, communication skills, and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Reasonable accommodations will be made, enabling individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

This full‑time position reports to the VP of Data Architecture and Analytics. The role includes salary (commensurate with experience and responsibilities) and a benefits package. DMD is an equal opportunity employer. We conduct pre‑employment drug screens and background checks. This position is remote, with a preference for Phoenix‑area proximity. Travel is expected for customer meetings, site visits, trade shows, and team meetings.
