Job summary

LINQ is seeking a Manager of IT Operations to lead our fully remote IT function, owning onboarding, identity management, device management, and cloud collaboration tooling for a distributed workforce. You will guide a team of IT professionals, set operational standards, and act as the escalation point for complex issues.

The role emphasizes strong Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 expertise, plus vendor management and budget oversight in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT operations or systems administration with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune, and 365 apps.
• Experience in managing IT for a fully remote or distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT operations team and set priorities for onboarding, identity, device management and collaboration tooling.
• Oversee M365 services, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive governance.
• Maintain security standards, zero-trust posture, and incident response readiness.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and operating budget.
