Responsabilités

• Define and implement training strategies aligning with organizational priorities.
• Oversee enterprise-wide training programs for scheduling, registration, and patient-facing services.
• Lead design and delivery of curricula for Epic EMR, NICE CXone, Kyruus Health, and related systems.
• Manage remote training delivery, including virtual facilitation and e-learning initiatives.
