Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Commercial Management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and corporate offices.
• Ability to communicate technical, financial, and contractual information clearly.
• Experience with Power and Industrial markets and maintenance/modifications context.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client correspondence and change management documents across multiple projects.
• Review contract documents and train project teams, validate change requests, identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead negotiation meetings, develop exhibits and presentations, and prepare change order documentation.
• Maintain Change Management Logs and lead risk/contingency discussions.
• Lead development of Independent Cost Estimates and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee complex construction-related correspondence and review pricing with field and estimating teams.
