Job summary

Harrow is seeking a Manager, Commercial Analytics to lead end-to-end analytics reporting for itsCommercial Operations team, including KPI dashboards and territory performance analysis.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, this role partners with Commercial, Finance, and Market Access to enable data-driven decisions and support incentive compensation processes. A strong background in pharma analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, including pharma/biotech exposure.
• Strong Power BI proficiency with DAX and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with pharma data sources.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and Microsoft Fabric is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end commercial analytics reporting for the Commercial Operations team.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards connected to the Harrow Data Warehouse.
• Develop KPI definitions with stakeholders and ensure data quality.
• Support incentive compensation design and cycles.
• Mentor junior analytics team members as the function grows.
