Job summary

SERB Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Business Insights & Analytics to drive data-driven performance across commercial initiatives. This role delivers real-time analytics, dashboards, and insights to enhance sales force effectiveness and targeting in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build revenue forecasts, and translate complex data into strategic guidance for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial analytics, pharma or life sciences preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Stays current with commercial analytics, forecasting, and market research tools and data sources.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva Salesforce.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on data analysis, reporting, and development of actionable insights to support brand strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards by integrating internal KPIs and third-party data.
• Analyze market trends, physician and account-level data, and promotional effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales to optimize territory alignment and targeting.
• Support field teams with data and reporting needs and insights.
• Develop revenue forecast models for brands.
• Generate business review reports using third-party market data and internal metrics.
• Support primary/secondary market research activities and ad hoc analyses.
• Conduct promotional response analyses and segment-specific engagement strategies.
