Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to join the Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics (CTS&L) team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference near Quakertown depot. Lead, mentor, and oversee packaging, labeling, and production planning while ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery of trial materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, clinical logistics, or a related regulated environment.
• Strong GMP requirements knowledge and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and provide escalation support for complex challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP, GDP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation planning for risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical supply chain stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational excellence, process improvements, and lean management.
• Support growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
