Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the CTS&L team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference for proximity to the Quakertown depot. You will oversee packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, and batch documentation while ensuring GMP compliance and on-time delivery.

You will partner with global cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence within a growing organization. Strong leadership and GMP knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with packaging design, labeling operations, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex supply chain challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and planning activities.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and regulatory requirements.
