Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the CTS & Logistics team in a remote U.S./Pennsylvania-based role, with preference to near Quakertown depot. You will guide production planning, packaging, labeling, and documentation while ensuring GMP compliance and on-time delivery for global trials.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across regions to optimize processes, drive improvements, and uphold quality standards, enabling faster access to new therapies for patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 6 to 10+ years in clinical trial supply chain or regulated environments.
• GMP knowledge and experience in CTS operations.
• Experience with packaging, labeling, and production planning.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Services team.
