Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics team in a remote U.S./Pennsylvania-based capacity, with preference near Quakertown, PA. The role oversees packaging, labeling, production planning, and batch documentation, ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery of clinical materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team in a high-performance culture.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex supply chain challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and planning activities.
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance, regulatory requirements, and SOP adherence.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation for project risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to operational excellence, lean initiatives, and strategic planning.
