Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Manager of Athletic Training Services to lead a team of Athletic Trainers serving partner schools and events. The role emphasizes servant leadership, mentorship, and advancing athletic healthcare through collaboration and program development.

You will ensure clinical compliance, implement safety protocols, manage staff scheduling and onboarding, and cultivate strong community relationships with physicians, EMS, and local organizations to drive program

Qualifications

• Leadership, mentoring, and team development experience.
• Ability to manage multiple athletic training sites.
• Strong organizational skills and collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Staff Athletic Trainers.
• Oversee emergency action plans and safety protocols.
• Build relationships with physicians, physical therapy partners, EMS agencies, and community groups.
• Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and utilization of staff and PRN Athletic Trainers.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard Athletic Trainers while ensuring licensure and certification compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide ongoing support and mentorship to assigned staff.
• Monitor documentation standards, patient care quality, and customer service excellence.
• Manage department resources, expenses, supplies, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective program operations and strategic growth.
