FOCUS Mission Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Officer to drive revenue through benefactor engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual to manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals, conduct active solicitations, and engage in planned giving conversations, with substantial travel required. The compensation package includes competitive salary and benefits, contributing to a rewarding career in philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience or staff leadership preferred.
• Ability to travel 8-10 days per month.
• Demonstrated ability to close gifts between $5,000-$25,000 annually.

Responsabilités

• Complete at least 240 benefactor visits per year.
• Complete at least 44 new solicitations per year.
• Impact on revenue of at least $350,000 in year 1.
