Job summary

UNICEF USA seeks a Philanthropy Officer to identify, cultivate, and solicit high-net-worth individuals for UNICEF USA's major donor program, managing a portfolio of donors and prospects and securing five- and six-figure gifts.

Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, you will collaborate with internal teams, maintain donor records, and lead tailored strategies for top supporters while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ experience in fundraising.
• Proven track record securing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and fundraising databases.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and solicit high-net-worth donors for UNICEF USA.
• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 donors and prospects.
• Meet individual KPIs and drive five- and six-figure gifts.
• Collaborate with internal teams on donor strategy and events.
• Maintain accurate donor records and reporting.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
