Job summary

Oliver Gospel Mission Inc is hiring a Donor Relations Officer to manage and grow a portfolio of major donors. The role is fully remote with occasional on-site attendance as needed, reporting to the Director of Development.

You will craft personalized giving plans and engage donors through multiple channels to increase annual giving. The position requires strong donor stewardship, public speaking, and CRM skills, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in customer service, admissions, sales, or nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience in public speaking.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management software and data management software.
• Knowledge of PC-based software and Microsoft suite products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and steward major donor relationships.
• Compile and manage a portfolio of major donors to increase contributions.
• Create and maintain detailed donor profiles from conversations and research.
• Develop annual giving goals based on donor history and assets.
• Maintain regular contact with donors through visits, meetings, calls, emails, or notes.
• Provide donor information, reports, and analytics to supervisor.
