One Mission Society is seeking a Mission Advancement Officer to drive major donor development and expand the OMS donor base across a Western regional footprint. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic moves management, and a strong commitment to OMS mission goals.

The position is remote, based in the Western United States (Pacific Northwest preferred), with salary range $80,000–$105,000 and a focus on leadership-level gifts and donor engagement through Salesforce CRM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree in business, sales or marketing desirable.
• 3-5+ years of confirmable successful fundraising experience with progressively increasing results.
• Verifiable success in asking major donors for leadership-level and major gifts.
• Intuitive, big-picture thinker with internal motivation and donor empathy.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including proposal development.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and cultivate donors from your region and expand the OMS donor base.
• Implement a moves management system for a donor portfolio of 150+ names with major gifts focus.
• Represent the ministry regionally at groups, leaders, and business organizations.
• Set annual goals with the Senior Director of Development and track progress.
• Document donor interactions in Salesforce CRM and report regularly.
• Adhere to OMS code of conduct and stewardship policies.
