Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or development operations.
• Experience managing multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual development communications and campaign calendar.
• Coordinate execution of all fundraising campaigns.
• Oversee CRM strategy, data workflows, and segmentation.
• Develop donor targeting strategies and monitor retention.
• Lead campaign planning from concept through execution.
• Develop integrated communication plans for fundraising goals.
