Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our processing plant. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, multi-trade problem solver capable of troubleshooting a variety of equipment in a clean food-grade environment. Team collaboration is essential to meet production goals.

The role requires hands-on maintenance in electrical, mechanical, and building systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Remote work is available for this role in the facilities department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with completion of trade school, apprenticeship, or relevant military experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and drawings.
• Background in troubleshooting control/low voltage systems.
• Proficient with electrical test equipment (multimeters, megger).
• Safe use of hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintenance safety protocols including PPE and LOTO.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Follow maintenance procedures to maximize equipment life and efficiency.
• Respond to maintenance tickets by priority.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting).
• Collaborate with maintenance team to resolve issues.
• Inventory parts and document usage.
