Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Midway, FL processing plant. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install processing and packaging equipment, and maintain building systems. A multi-trade background and teamwork mindset are essential to support production goals and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with trade school, apprenticeship or military experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and drawings.
• Experience with control/low voltage systems troubleshooting.
• Proficient with electrical test equipment (multimeters, amps, megger).
• Safety-focused with PPE and LOTO knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb regularly and 100 lb occasionally; work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot building Electrical Distribution, HVAC, and Lighting systems.
• Follow PM procedures to maximize equipment and building life.
• Respond to line calls and maintenance tickets per priority.
• Maintain building systems and structures (HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting).
• Collaborate with maintenance team to solve equipment issues.
• Assist with parts inventory and usage documentation.
• Document completion of maintenance items per PM procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
