Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Monticello, FL facility to support processing operations with multi-trade skills. The role covers troubleshooting and maintaining packaging and production equipment, plus building systems like electrical distribution, HVAC, and lighting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical/mechanical background, be comfortable in a clean food-grade environment, and work well in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with trade school, apprenticeship, or relevant military experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
• Experience using electrical test equipment (multimeters, amps, megger).
• Safe use of hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment; follow PPE and LOTO rules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing/packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Follow maintenance procedures for equipment and building systems to maximize life span.
• Respond to maintenance tickets by priority and document work performed.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to resolve issues and parts inventory.
• Document usage of parts and materials and complete maintenance records.
