Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our processing plant in Tampa, FL. This role emphasizes troubleshooting and maintaining processing and packaging equipment in a clean, food-grade environment.

You will work with a team to keep electrical, HVAC, and building systems reliable, while following safety protocols. The position offers growth opportunities and a collaborative atmosphere across maintenance and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with trade schooling, apprenticeship, or relevant military experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
• Background in troubleshooting control/low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot Electrical Distribution, HVAC, and Lighting systems.
• Follow planned maintenance procedures and schedules for equipment and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance tickets and prioritize repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Work with teammates to solve problems and improve reliability.
