Job summary

Trulieve in Adel, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our processing plant. The ideal candidate is a multi-trade problem solver who can troubleshoot and maintain processing and packaging equipment, plus building systems such as HVAC and electrical distribution.

We value hands-on experience in a clean, food-grade environment, strong safety practices, and the ability to work with a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with completion of Trade School, Apprenticeship, or relevant Military Experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot building’s Electrical Distribution, HVAC, and Lighting systems
• Follow planned maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and life span of equipment and building systems
• Respond to maintenance tickets according to priority
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting and miscellaneous items
• Collaborate with maintenance team to resolve equipment and building issues
• Assist with inventory of parts and materials
• Document parts usage and completion of maintenance items
