Job summary

Balchem is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Albion maintenance team across AMT, ALP and CW sites, ensuring reliable equipment, compliant operations, and cost-effective maintenance.

You will coordinate with plant managers, manage Preventative Maintenance, oversee capital projects, and ensure safety adherence under cGMP guidelines, with strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 10 years of maintenance experience with 5 years in supervision.
• 2 years of experience operating maintenance software.
• Knowledge of electricity, mechanical repair, HVAC, plumbing and safety.
• Lean or Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Albion maintenance personnel across AMT, ALP and CW with reviews and scheduling.
• Provide support to Balchem Salt Lake City plant.
• Manage maintenance systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee capital projects and day-to-day maintenance priorities.
• Ensure maintenance costs stay within plant budgets and safety rules are followed.
