Job summary

Balchem is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team for Balchem Albion operations and support the Salt Lake City plant. You will manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventative maintenance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of maintenance experience with 5 years in supervisory roles, proficiency with maintenance software, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 10 years of maintenance experience, with 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of experience operating maintenance software.
• Knowledge of electricity, mechanical repair, HVAC, plumbing, roofing and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Albion maintenance personnel across AMT, ALP and CW.
• Provide support to the Balchem Salt Lake City plant.
• Manage the Albion maintenance system, Micromai(/Micromain).
• Focus on preventative maintenance for reliability and cost control.
• Oversee capital projects and day-to-day maintenance.
