Job summary

Bodycote plc, a world-leading provider of thermal processing services, is seeking a Regional Maintenance Engineer to drive equipment reliability across ADE West plants. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, lead RCAs, and standardize maintenance practices while supporting capital projects and safety compliance.

You will partner with plant leadership to improve downtime metrics, optimize PMs, and develop maintenance narratives and guides.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
5+ years in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting for motors, pumps, cooling systems, controls, furnaces.
Experience with CMMS and data analysis; RCA and reliability methods.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting support for complex equipment failures.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Analyze CMMS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and deploy maintenance standards and PM strategies.
Lead capital projects and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
Train teams on equipment, systems, and CMMS usage.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across maintenance activities.
