Job summary

EPTA seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function, delivering proactive and reactive maintenance across all equipment and facilities. You will drive uptime, reliability, and cost efficiency while guiding a multi-skilled team.

You will develop a preventative maintenance plan, train technicians, manage budgets, and optimize CMMS-driven workflows to reduce downtime and improve asset health across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• >5 years of experience in maintenance management or equivalent role.
• Experience leading multi-skilled teams and driving KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance strategy to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Train and mentor maintenance supervisors and technicians.
• Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance Plan and manage backlog.
• Drive cost optimization and manage CapEx within budget.
• Utilize CMMS to monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
