Qualifications

• 7–10 years of overall web development experience.
• 7 years of experience working as a technical lead, preferably in Magento 2 projects.
• Experience in managing and leading development teams.
• Experience in overseeing the end-to-end development process for Magento 2 projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and mentoring.
• Define project requirements and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and quality standards.
• Make architecture decisions on tech stack.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Coordinate with design and QA teams for alignment.
• Monitor progress and address risks.
• Stay updated on Magento 2 trends and improvements.
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs.
• Optimize performance (Redis, Varnish, CWV).
• Handle production incidents with quick fixes.
