Pregis is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide fast, accurate remote intake, triage, and recovery of customer production equipment. You will serve as the front line for TSOC, using structured workflows and telemetry to restore operation and minimize dispatches.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical support, field service support, or equipment troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience supporting electromechanical or automated equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot systems using logical, structured diagnostic approaches.

Responsibilities

Technical Intake & Triage: Serve as the first technical point of contact for inbound customer support requests.
Remote Technical Recovery: Perform remote troubleshooting using HMI data, alarms, error logs, telemetry, and client observations.
Field Service Coordination: Initiate work orders and support field service scheduling when onsite response is required.
Ticket Documentation & Data Quality: Document all tickets in C4C and Field Service Management systems with complete context.
