• Technical four-year degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in field service or installation roles with machine vision systems

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
• Willingness to travel for events, training, and customer visits

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, setup, and configuration of machine vision tunnels, RFID systems, conveyors, and robotics.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and customer teams on system operation and maintenance.
• Act as primary technical contact during installations, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
• Conduct site assessments to verify infrastructure readiness (power, networking, environmental conditions).
