Command and Control Systems Training Analyst

Job Overview

The Command and Control Systems Training Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT), providing professional services at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Responsibilities include delivering command and control systems training, supporting operational readiness, and traveling OCONUS as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current US Passport with ability to travel overseas
• Ability to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element certification requirements
• Successful completion of a favorable ST5 investigation for SCI eligibility
• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Compliance with DoD IAT Level 1 or above or SEC+ certification
• Cyber Security Workforce Certification of Security+

Key Responsibilities

• Provide command and control systems training and platform techniques
• Support development of business rules and conduct remote and hands-on training
• Create scripted rehearsals and battle drills for exercises
• Maintain currency with emergent C2 systems and best practices

Additional Requirements

• Experience with C2 systems, visualization, and training methodologies
• Minimum of five years military experience
• Willingness to travel OCONUS, including to CENTCOM AOR countries

Work Location & Travel

Based at MARCENT, MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL, with travel to various international locations as specified.
