Job summary
Slalom Build is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Copilot initiatives. You will define architecture, governance, security, and adoption strategies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, partnering with executives to set roadmaps and standards.

Qualifications
- 8+ years designing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and governance.
- Experience delivering intranet, document management, and search solutions.
- Strong understanding of Graph, Entra ID, and security architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft 365 collaboration and search.
- Define SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and permissions strategy.
- Configure Microsoft Search and optimize content discovery.
- Develop Copilot readiness strategies with governance and adoption planning.
- Partner with leaders to develop roadmaps and platform standards.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Influence senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
