Job summary

Slalom seeks a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to drive strategic and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Copilot initiatives. You will define architecture, governance, security, and enterprise adoption strategies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines deep 365 expertise with executive communication, leading complex initiatives across teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and governance.
• Experience delivering intranet, document management, and search solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Search and content discovery.
• Knowledge of Graph, Entra ID, permissions, and security architecture.
• Experience establishing governance and compliance within Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of Copilot governance and enterprise adoption requirements.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Microsoft 365 collaboration, content management, and search.
• Define SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and permissions strategy.
• Drive Microsoft Search configuration and relevance tuning for content discovery.
• Establish Copilot readiness strategies including governance, security and adoption planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop 365 roadmaps and standards.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams for SharePoint and related 365 solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
