Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Copilot initiatives. This role will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for defining architecture, governance, security, and enterprise adoption strategies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and administration.
• Experience delivering enterprise intranet, document management, and search solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Search, content discovery, and search relevance optimization.
• Governance, security, and content management frameworks within Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft 365 collaboration, content management, and search capabilities.
• Define and implement SharePoint Online architecture, governance, permissions strategy, and best practices.
• Drive Microsoft Search configuration, optimization, and relevance tuning to improve enterprise content discovery.
• Establish Copilot readiness strategies, including content governance, security, compliance, and adoption planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop Microsoft 365 roadmaps and platform standards.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams responsible for SharePoint, search, and related Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders and provide guidance on strategic technology decisions.
