Brewer Morris seeks a Fully Remote Transaction Advisory Services Manager OR Senior Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients in the U.S., analyzing target financials and identifying risks to inform valuation and deal structure.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $125,000–$195,000 with at least 20% bonus, minimal travel, and strong growth potential within a growing TAS practice.

Qualifications

• CPA (or CPA-eligible) and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Master’s in Accounting or MBA with accounting undergrad preferred.
• 2–4+ years of financial audit experience (ideally with a top-ten public accounting firm).
• 1–3 years in a TAS practice at a national accounting firm, including at least 1 year at the Manager level.
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong MS Office proficiency.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients.
• Analyze target company financials and identify risks and opportunities.
