Strategy MA is a fast-growing start-up consulting firm seeking a M&A Technology Senior Associate for a 3-month contract with remote work options in the USA or Canada. You will perform IT due diligence, build detailed financial models, and provide strategic insights to support private equity transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with IT due diligence processes
• At least 4 years of industry experience, minimum 2 years in IT & M&A
• Functional knowledge of IT sub-functions (Enterprise Apps, Cloud, End User Services)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in M&A and consulting is highly desirable
