You will perform IT due diligence, build detailed financial models, and provide strategic insights to support private equity transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with IT due diligence processes
• At least 4 years of industry experience, minimum 2 years in IT & M&A
• Functional knowledge of IT sub-functions (Enterprise Apps, Cloud, End User Services)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in M&A and consulting is highly desirable

This is a contract remote role for a M&A Technology Senior Associate. The role involves performing due diligence, financial modeling, and supporting private equity transactions. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, creating detailed financial models, and providing strategic insights for M&A activities. The individual will work closely with clients to understand and address their needs while ensuring seamless execution of transactions.

Availability

Schedule: Full-time availability Monday through Friday

Duration: 3-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Location: In USA or Canada
