Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 10 years of experience in business resilience, disaster recovery, crisis management, risk management, or related field.
• Professional certification in business continuity and/or emergency management (CBCI, CBCP, MBCI).
• Experience with ISO 22301 and related standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and governance of Solventum's Business Resilience program.
• Coordinate with Crisis Management, Technology Resilience, Cybersecurity Incident Response, and Supply Chain resilience.
• Deliver BIA and continuity planning cycles and remediation measures.
• Design exercises to test governance, plans, recovery strategies, and decision-making.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports on resilience outcomes.
