Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations along with large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role acts as a bridge between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations or large-scale initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and objectives; identify dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; monitor progress and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; address issues proactively.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Use PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress and measure success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with business leaders across functions to drive alignment.
• Evaluate processes for operational improvements and scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional development in project management.
