Job summary

CBIZ National Transaction Advisory Services is seeking leaders to drive financial due diligence for middle-market PE sponsors and portfolio companies across the U.S. The team operates in a remote model with minimal travel, offering strong bonus potential and merit-based advancement.

As part of CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, you will oversee engagements, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality insights across valuation, deal structure, and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or Master’s in accounting preferred.
• 5 years of experience in related field, 3 years supervisory.
• CPA (or eligibility) and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in financial audit, investment banking, financial due diligence, or M&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements.
• Manage engagement teams and coordinate with targets and clients.
• Apply knowledge across earnings quality, working capital, cash flow, and risk identification.
• Develop and mentor engagement team members with clear direction and coaching.
