Job summary

Ethos is seeking mergers and acquisitions directors with 6+ years in investment banking to train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will own client materials end to end, shaping pitch narratives, board presentations, and fairness opinions across core workstreams.

Position is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start. Compensation listed at $100/hour, with a pay range of $150–$225/hr noted in the role requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, currently or recently at Director level or above.
• Track record of owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
