Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and quality standards for AI performance in transactional law.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to refine AI training datasets and guidelines.
• Identify contractual risks and suggest drafting improvements in M&A agreements.
