Qualifications

• JD and admitted to a US state bar.
• 3 to 6 years of dedicated strategic M&A at a large national firm or a strong boutique.
• Able to draft and negotiate deal documents on your own.

The firm

A fully remote, partner led platform firm whose attorneys work directly with clients on corporate transactions.

The role

You will work on strategic M&A deals with real ownership, drafting and negotiating the main deal documents yourself rather than sitting at the bottom of a large team. There is a modest annual hours minimum, and hours above it are paid. For the right person there is a route to a partner title. We will want to hear about the deals you have run and your split between strategic and private equity work.
