Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Los Angeles is seeking a senior associate to work directly on M&A transactions, carrying real responsibility on each deal and running them end to end. Deal teams are lean, so you will be close to partners and clients in a high-exposure role.

California bar is preferred; 4–8 years of direct M&A experience, JD class of 2017–2019 with a strong GPA, and no more than 3 moves in your career are expected.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of direct M&A experience.
• JD class of 2017–2019 with a strong GPA.
• California bar preferred; other US bars considered.
• No more than 3 moves across your career so far.
• Willing to be based in Los Angeles.
