Job summary

Allworth Financial seeks a Corporate Development professional to support growth through financial analysis, modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration within the M&A team. This remote or hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from our Addison, TX office or other approved locations, including Folsom, CA, with a base salary in the $100,000–$110,000 range.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial analysis, board-ready presentation materials, and proactive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Consulting, Auditing, Operations, Investment Banking, or similar as a data/financial analyst.
• Experience with private equity-backed firms is a plus.
• Process-oriented, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Review diligence data for potential acquisitions and build proforma P&Ls to support analyses.
• Prepare due diligence packages for Board approval of transactions.
• Create presentation materials on M&A opportunities and closed deals for Board meetings.
• Develop transaction documents such as LOIs and Purchase Agreements disclosures.
• Manage data room for timely review of information from partners.
• Support post-merger tracking to ensure deal value realization.
• Monitor status of opportunities and report to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology.
• Perform ad-hoc financial and operational analyses as needed.
