Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in LV drives in industrial environments.
• Experience with SINAMICS drives, STARTER, Startdrive, TIA Portal, PLCs, HMIs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities for Siemens LV drives and related platforms.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, testing, tuning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose hardware/software/motion control issues using schematics, diagnostics, and test equipment.
• Provide technical and operational support for drive systems and related automation equipment.
• Perform emergency break-fix and scheduled service in industrial environments.
• Create service reports, timesheets, test records, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and internal teams.
• Train customer personnel on operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for spares, service upgrades, and training.
• Follow safety standards and lockout/tagout practices.
